Differences between Krimwell and Crisco

first of all..aku nak ucapkan tahniah dekat kawan aku Neetow sebab die berjaya membuat cupcakes dari resipe yang aku tulis tu.. heheehe

ok. ramai yang kompius dengan Krimwell, Crisco and Shortening..
apekah itu KRIMWELL? CRISCO and SHORTENING?

basically, ketiga-tiga ingredients ni based from vegetables fat. Yang membuatkan ramai orang kompius ialah disebabkan nama je. Krimwell ni product form Malaysia. Crisco is from U.S and shortening is the general name for the vegetables fat (obtained from palm oil)

so, you guys can use krimwell, crisco or other shortening for your buttercream.
Cuma Crisco is a bit expensive compare to Krimwell.Crisco usually available at all supermarkets in Malaysia. tapi Krimwell biasanya dijual di Bakery Shop and the price is cheaper compare to Crisco.

there's certain people said that Krimwell is a bit wet compare to Crisco. and Crisco has a 'greasy' taste.

I haven't tried Crisco yet..(becoz of the price!) hahaha.
as for now, I'm stick with Krimwell first. If I have a chance, I would like to try Crisco.
