My Tiramiss You~


very simple and easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:
5# egg yolks
120 gm castor sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
500 gm cream cheese
80 gm whipped cream
20 gm gelatin
5 gm instant coffee mixed with warm water

Base:
sponge cake/chiffon cake

METHODS:
1. slice the cake and arranged in a cake tin or bowl.
2. pour the coffee mixture on top of the cake.
3. beat egg yolk with sugar until fluffy.
4. add in the cream cheese and vanilla essence.
5. mix well.
6. pour the whipped cream into the mixture.
7. using a water bath technique, dissolve the gelatin.
8. pour the gelatin into the cake mixture.
9. stir well.
10. then, pour the cake mixture onto the cake layer.
11. layer the cake once again with sponge cake.
12. pour the cake mixture until finish.
13. keep in refrigerator for one night until it set.
14. garnish with cocoa powder, whipped cream and fresh fruits on top.

chocolate chip muffin!




Ingredients

* 250 g all-purpose flour
* 45 g unsweetened cocoa powder
* 300 g white sugar
* 2 g baking soda
* 7 g baking powder
* 2 g salt
* 295 ml milk
* 1 egg
* 30 ml vegetable oil
* 5 ml vanilla extract
* 170 g semisweet chocolate chips
* 90 g chopped walnuts
* 45 g whole almonds
* 50 g white sugar


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
2. In medium bowl, Sift together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In large bowl stir in milk, egg, oil and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients to large bowl; beat well. Add chocolate chips and walnuts, stir well.
3. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Poke almonds into tops of unbaked muffins. Sprinkle muffins with sugar.
4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
